Information Technology Manager

Key Responsibilities• Manage, Mentor, Train, Hire the IT Support, and Infrastructure team• Manage day-to-day oversight of IT infrastructure, VoIP phone system, network security, andoutsourced vendor relationships (if any)• Ensuring the uptime of IT Infrastructure and continuous improvement of IT support process and systems• Scale/Optimize IT infrastructure and AWS provisioning per short/long term organizational needs• Identify areas of automation for both internal applications and infrastructure leveraging RPA (MS Power Automate)• Implement and Monitor support ticketing system per the SLA defined• IT asset inventory and areas for cost optimization• Procurement of hardware/software/solutions/AMC and other services related to IT infrastructure, evaluating options, laying specifications, vendor selection and evaluation, order process and inspection and installation• Monthly/Quarterly budget analysis• Responsible for managing Office 365 and other software product licenses/subscriptions and support to business users• Ensures operational compliance with all security, privacy, audit, disaster recovery, and other company requirements• Develops people through effective performance management and ongoing feedback, focusing on delegation for stretch assignments, growing and developing the team for capacity and growth, looking at performance across the team, and time management• IT liaison for ISO initiatives, ensuring department is meeting/exceeding ISO compliance.• Working with InfoSec and AppSec on the implementation/tracking of various ISO/Security tasksand projects• Responsible for network, network, security, and platforms (e.g. firewall rules, ACLS, etc.). Intrusion detection systems, concepts, and mechanisms• Identify relevant and efficient tools and processes for day-to-day tasks of support and operations teams• Familiarity with Network Monitoring and Logging systems such as Manage Engine. Back up and Replication Software like Veeam, MFA, SSO, Encryption of files/data, DLP Software such as Seqrite, will be a plus point
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience• 8-10 years of experience working in IT operations• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems• Hands on experience in Windows server roles, Asterisk based PBX.• Working knowledge of Sophos Firewall.• Working knowledge of AWS.• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
