With 250+ employees and a strong brand presence, we are entering our next phase of structured growth and market leadership.We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Project Lead to run a 90–180 day high-impact transformation project.Role OverviewThis is a part-time (15–20 hrs/week), execution-driven role. You will work directly with the CEO to convert strategy into weekly action, coordinate vendors, run operator training programs, and ensure all project milestones are delivered on time.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving visible business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing ExecutionCoordinate with marketing vendors for website revamp, hero machine video, brochures, case studiesCollect content from installations, customers, and operatorsManage LinkedIn posting calendar and basic CRM updatesOperator Certification ProgramPlan and execute monthly operator training sessionsCoordinate locations, trainers, communication, certificationBuild & manage operator WhatsApp communitiesDealer Network EnablementSupport onboarding of new dealersProvide dealer kits, documentation, and training coordinationTrack dealer-originated leads and performance metricsReporting & GovernanceMaintain weekly dashboardsTrack KPIs (leads, demos, certifications, dealers, AMC, warranty)Present weekly updates to CEO and drive accountability across teamsWho Should ApplyYou are a strong fit if you have:Must-Have5–10 years of experience in project management / operations / industrial sales support / B2B marketingProven ability to manage vendors and push for timely deliveryStrong follow-up discipline and structured working styleComfort working in manufacturing environments and with field teamsTech-friendly (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp workflows, basic digital tools)High ownership attitude — "If it has to get done, I'll get it done."Good To HaveExperience in printing/packaging/machinery/industrial equipment sectorExperience running events, training programs, or dealer enablementContent coordination experience (photos, videos, testimonials)Role TypePart-time: 15–20 hours per week (flexible, result-driven)Contract: 3–6 months (extendable)Work Model: Hybrid + local travel for demos/eventsCompensation: ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month (depending on experience) + milestone bonusesHow to ApplySend your CV to info@prakashoffset.com with the subject "Project Lead Application – [Your Name]" and include a short note summarizing:A project you executed successfullyYour experience with cross-functional coordinationWhy a part-time leadership role suits youOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
