As a Data Scientist Lead you will be driving our data science initiatives leading a team of talented data scientists and will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities develop strategies and deliver solutions that enhance our business operations and decisionmaking processes. You ll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey BCG KPMG Deloitte EY and startups such as Paytm etc.to establish nurture and grow business across categories & territories. Location: Noida
What will you do Own and maintain data accuracy and freshness for major products of the company. Build data visualization dashboards to help derive insights for the business teams and improve overall monitoring and efficiency of the teams. Lead a team of data scientists providing mentorship coaching and technical guidance. Oversee the endtoend delivery of data science projects ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in data science practices.
What will you need Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics Physics Engineering or a related discipline is required. 710 years of relevant work experience in Programming languages Machine Learning Data Manipulation Visualization. Understanding of data warehouses like Big query Snowflake etc. and data visualization platforms like Tableau Power Bi Google Looker Studio etc. Proficient in programming languages like Python or R expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. Experience with tools and libraries for data manipulation and analysis such as Pandas NumPy or SQL for database querying. Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
