If so, our Resourcing colleagues will explain how video-interviewing technology will be used throughout the process and be available to answer any questions.If you're seeking a career where you can make a meaningful impact, join MUFG and discover the value you'll bring.KYC Operations Overview: KYC Operations aims to deliver a best-in-class KYC process, ensuring that profiles are prepared according to Group and Regulatory Policy, obtaining necessary documents from clients/relationship managers, conducting due diligence checks, and escalating appropriately according to Policy.The KYCS Service function has onshore hubs in Japan, Americas, EMEA, Singapore, and Hong Kong. KYC Operations is responsible for centralized KYC production, client validation for both onboarding and periodic maintenance of client information. This includes creating a KYC profile service for a consistent approach across countries within the Group.Position: KYC AnalystLocation: Bangalore, IndiaResponsibilities:Produce high-quality KYC profiles in line with policies and procedures, keeping updated on procedural/policy changes.Obtain and update missing client documentation, analyze large data sets, and assess risk attributes.Follow up on client profiles and ensure signoffs align with escalation matrices.Send profiles for audit within defined timelines and interface with Compliance, Sanctions, and Relationship Managers when applicable.Understand KYC, regulatory environments, global banking regulations, and AML risk implications.Have thorough knowledge of legal structures for various client types: financial institutions, corporate, NBFI, trusts, public/government FIs, private companies, funds, SPV, etc.Analyze mergers and acquisitions' implications on legal identities & ownership structures of Corporate, FIs & Funds.Experience with AML/KYC tools like SWIFT KYC Registry, Factiva, Bankers Almanac, RDC, Internet Research, Fenergo, etc.Sound knowledge of financial regulatory requirements.Interpret complex changes in regulatory guidelines and assess their impact.Work well under pressure with high accuracy and think proactively.Qualifications:Minimum 2-3 Years of Customer Due Diligence / Enhance Due Diligence at a maker level (Commercial Banking KYC experience preferred).Graduation in Commerce/Finance or equivalent required.Flexibility to work different shift timings.Good understanding of MS office and proven skills on banking platforms.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Additional certification: ACAMS, ICA, IIBF KYC, and other Financial Crime Certifications (optional).Better Work-Life Balance and a Chance to Grow:At MUFG, we strive to create a supportive work environment that empowers our employees to succeed.
