As an expert Absence and Time Management Consultant, you will work closely with our team to design, configure, and implement Oracle Absence Management Cloud and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules.Absence Management ConfigurationDevelop and implement absence plans, eligibility rules, and approval workflows that align with client-specific policies and statutory requirements.Configure and manage absence data, ensuring seamless integration with other HR processes like Payroll.Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) SetupImplement efficient time tracking and approval processes in OTL, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.Oversee the transfer of payroll-related data between Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll, ensuring accuracy and consistency.ADP Payroll IntegrationCollaborate with internal teams to design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll.Functional and Technical AnalysisWork closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements related to absence management, time tracking, and payroll.Translate these requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions, ensuring a smooth implementation process.System Configuration & CustomizationPerform system configurations for Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll integration, ensuring optimal system performance.Data Migration & Integration SupportOversee data migration activities for Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Design and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring seamless data exchange.Testing & TroubleshootingConduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure integration between Oracle Absence, OTL, and ADP Payroll works seamlessly.Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical or functional issues promptly, minimizing downtime.User Training and DocumentationDevelop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end users, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.Provide clear documentation on system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring easy reference.Ongoing Support & OptimizationProvide post-implementation support for Absence, OTL, and ADP Payroll systems, ensuring continued optimal performance.Work closely with teams to continuously optimize processes and improve system performance, identifying areas for improvement.Compliance and Regulatory KnowledgeEnsure all configurations adhere to relevant regional laws, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining compliance.Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to inform system configurations and improvements.
