Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to lead our Signal Management and Risk Management initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Act as the senior subject matter expert for Signal Management and Risk Management platforms, driving solution architecture discussions with IT, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.Translate business needs into high-quality BRDs, FSDs, user stories, data mapping specifications, integration requirements, and validation documentation, overseeing configuration, release planning, change requests, and production deployments.Conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage vendor escalations, ensuring solutions comply with global PV regulations, audit requirements, and internal quality standards.Collaborate closely with IT, PV operations, QA, and product vendors to prepare solution documentation, training materials, and system SOP updates, providing mentorship/functional guidance to junior BAs and technical team members.Required Skills & Qualifications:Deep understanding of Signal Management processes and good knowledge of Risk Management Plans and associated PV risk mitigation workflows.Strong collaboration and governance skills, with ability to act as senior liaison between IT, PV operations, QA, and product vendors.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage vendor escalations.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Signal Management and Risk Management projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Professional development opportunities, including mentorship/functional guidance from experienced BAs and technical team members.Dynamic and supportive work environment, with emphasis on teamwork and open communication.
