We are seeking a talented Technology Support Specialist to join our team who provides technical assistance to users by diagnosing and troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. They are responsible for ensuring that technology systems function smoothly, providing timely support, and offering guidance to users on best practices


Key Responsibilities :


  • Technical support - Incident management, change management, problem management
  • Monitoring - Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana
  • Troubleshooting - Customer issues, Application issues
  • Linux - file manipulation
  • Perform system health checks
  • Investigate Customer issues
  • Investigate system alarms
  • Lead/participate in Incident management
  • Perform Change Reviews
  • Problem management - lead/participate in Post mortems
  • Problem management - drive resolution of customer impacting issues
  • Improve detection of issues (alarm tuning)
  • Fulfill daily requests
  • Oncall Duties


Technical Skills :


  • Monitoring - Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana
  • Incident Management
  • Linux
