The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, leveraging the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module to address enterprise risk management requirements.Responsibilities include customizing and expanding the IRM and GRC modules, working closely with stakeholders to meet organizational needs.Required Skills and QualificationsServiceNow platform development experience, focusing on IRM, GRC, and Risk Assessment modulesCAD certification or equivalentProven experience in implementing ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions, including configuring risk libraries and control testingStrong knowledge of ServiceNow components, such as Flow Designer and Scripted REST APIsProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other programming languages used in ServiceNow developmentHands-on experience integrating ServiceNow IRM/GRC with third-party tools and data sourcesPreferred SkillsServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (IRM/GRC)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailSoft SkillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong organizational and time management skills
