Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Job DescriptionThe Cloud Infrastructure Specialist will support the Site Reliability Engineering team by developing, managing, and automating CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines for Customer Experience platforms.Main Responsibilities:Development and Management of CI/CD and IaC Pipelines:Create, enhance, and maintain automated pipelines to support infrastructure deployment and maintenance for platforms.AWS Environment Management:Evaluate stability, scalability, and compliance of AWS environments supporting the CX Cloud.Pipeline Implementation Using Specific Tools:Implement GitHub Actions workflows.Develop CloudBees CDRO pipelines using JavaScript and/or Groovy.Defect Remediation Process:Maintain a consistent, reusable, and efficient defect remediation workflow, including updating status and documentation in Jira and CDETS.Reporting and Documentation:Provide regular reports (weekly status, progress updates, quality reviews).Deliver solution documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and any training related to defect remediation workflows.Key Requirements: Meet agreed service levels for timeliness (delivery of user stories/defects within weekly cycles) and quality (less than 10% defect rate in delivered work).
