This role is ideal for individuals with 12 years of experience in back office or administrative roles who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic FMCG environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records files and documentation.
  • Assist in data entry processing and verification of information.
  • Support the preparation and processing of reports forms and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks including scheduling filing and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials as needed.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • 12 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
