About Our Solar Sales OpportunityWe are looking for highly motivated and performance-driven individuals to join our team as Solar Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into happy solar customers through direct interaction with potential customers at their homes.You will conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads shared by the company, educating customers on solar energy benefits and ROI calculations in a simple and compelling manner.You will understand customer electricity consumption patterns and requirements to suggest suitable solar solutions.You will build long-term relationships with homeowners to establish trust and credibility.Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion & Customer Interaction:Site Assessments:Sales Closure:Cross-functional Coordination:Reporting & Reviews:Requirements:Education: Graduate (any discipline). Technical background (Diploma/BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) is a plus.Experience: 1–5 years in B2C field sales, real estate, insurance, fintech, or telecom sales.
