This exciting opportunity will allow you to build strong foundations in modern software engineering, AI development, and real-world solution building.Opportunity OverviewInitial Complementary Training Period (12 Months): You will receive hands-on exposure to software development practices, AI fundamentals, model development and deployment, and modern programming tools and frameworks without remuneration.Internship Period (Next 6 Months): Following the training period, you will transition into a paid internship, where you will work on AI-driven applications, backend systems, automation tools, and product development.Required Skills and QualificationsSoftware Development Skills:A solid understanding of programming fundamentals including object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures.Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.A basic understanding of databases, including SQL or NoSQL.Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.Knowledge of REST APIs and basic system design concepts.Artificial Intelligence (AI) Skills:A basic knowledge of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.An understanding of neural networks and deep learning fundamentals.Knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch at a beginner level.The ability to analyze datasets, perform preprocessing, and build simple ML models.Responsibilities and BenefitsContribute to building and improving software applications.Develop and train machine learning models for production use.Analyze datasets and generate meaningful insights.Implement backend services, APIs, and automation tasks.Document architecture, processes, and model artifacts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, AI, and engineering.Participate in research on new technologies, frameworks, and AI trends.Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing applications.
