Airties offers broadband operators advanced Wi-Fi solutions and services to allow them to bring an improved user experience for their subscribers. The Airties portfolio includes Smart Wi-Fi software, a cloud-based experience management platform with its companion app and data engine. Our company also offers expert, bespoke engineering and testing services.

Location: Greater Bengaluru Area (Hybrid)


What you will do:

  • Check new Airties EasyMesh+ features and Cloud solutions, work with different teams to create clear Data verification test cases and update the data verification test plans.
  • Design, implement and execute new data verification test cases & Orbit setups.
  • Provide input for customer requirements and design before development
  • Take part in design phase and provide input on testability
  • Utilize complex Wi-Fi diagnostic and measurement tools.
  • Excellent technical communication with team members and developers,
  • Crystal clear defect definition / reporting, which do not cause back / forward communication and misleading.
  • Write conditional scripts which can run complete test cases and store all required logs and results.
  • Communication with development in case of any suspicious sign of possible anomaly, which can be revealed with extra info, guidance and specific testing.
  • Assist with installing new Orbit setups at various locations, requiring proficiency with a screwdriver, torque key, RF equipment and network equipment.
  • Support OEMs (vendors, integrators) as customers which have installed and/or use Orbit in their premises.
  • Provide on-site support for the customers for the installation process of Orbit if necessary. This shall require travelling.


What you should ideally bring:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical & electronics engineering, telecommunications engineering or a related field is a must.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • 3+ years of experience in related product technology domain. (i.e. Networking knowledge, Wi-Fi standards)
  • Understanding of test processes including test planning, development, execution, and results reporting.
  • Demonstrated skills in test tools/techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware configuration problems.
  • Familiarity with RF equipment and components such as RF shielded boxes, antennas, signal generators
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate high discipline and structured working approach with strong analytical skills
  • Easily adapt to fast changing environment and new requirements
  • Can do break attitude with ability to exploit weakness of the products under test with various systematic techniques
