We’re building a team that shares our vision of transforming how India manages credit. About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, statistical knowledge, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Perform exploratory data analysis and identify patterns, trends, and correlations. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to define metrics and measure success. Conduct hypothesis testing and support decision-making with data-backed recommendations. Automate recurring analysis and reporting tasks for efficiency. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Requirements: 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field from a Tier-1 college. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Hands-on knowledge of Python/R for data analysis and modeling. Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and data manipulation techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets. Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex insights for stakeholders. Good to Have: Experience with A/B testing and experimentation. Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.). Knowledge of Excel for advanced data handling.
