Job Summary:
E-SEO Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a meticulous Proofreader with a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of content for our SEO and digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will review, edit, and refine content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, tone, and SEO alignment. In addition, the proofreader may occasionally be required to contribute to writing content that meets our clients' SEO goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proofreading & Editing: Review and correct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and stylistic errors in all types of content (articles, blogs, web pages, social media content, etc.).- SEO Compliance: Ensure content is SEO-friendly, including proper usage of keywords, meta descriptions, and formatting techniques.- Consistency & Tone: Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding guidelines across all platforms.- Content Writing (if required): Write engaging, error-free content that aligns with SEO best practices and target audience requirements.- Collaborate with Writers & Editors: Work closely with the content team to ensure content is polished and ready for publishing.- Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to writers to help improve content quality and consistency.- Deadline Management: Ensure all projects are completed on time while maintaining high accuracy and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in proofreading, editing, or writing. Prior experience in digital marketing or SEO is a plus.
Education: Candidate can be from any bakground, but importantly our proofreading and editing skills are given preference.
Skills:
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax.- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
