Delivery Manager – Contract Staffing (Hyderabad | 10–15 Years)📍 Location: Hyderabad🕒 Experience: 10–15 Years🏢 Industry: Staffing & Recruitment⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days PreferredWe are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Manager – Contract Staffing to lead and optimize recruitment delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service delivery, drive team performance, and maintain strong client relationships while consistently meeting hiring targets and service quality standards.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve monthly targets.Ensure team adherence to SOPs and delivery excellence.Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.Lead technical discussions with hiring panels and recommend strategic solutions.Ensure 100% usage of recruitment tools and promote process-driven operations.Improve gross margin per closure and monitor delivery KPIs.Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand client needs.Drive effective recruitment strategies to meet SLAs and timelines.Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing delivery team.Prepare and analyze MIS reports for daily operations.Manage resource allocation across contract and lateral hiring.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.🔹 Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management experience.Hands-on expertise in contract staffing and resource management.Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Highly process-oriented with strong attention to detail.Note : US staffing experience will NOT be considered.
