Fixed night.Attractive salary with huge incentives.Process : Inbound Technical SupportShift timing – Night shift (US)Job Description:Recommendation of technical help through easy steps.Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through softselling skills.Software or Service packages to be sold.Resolving all issues promptly, thoroughly and in a cost effective manner.Handling blue screen errors.Must know how to close their own calls.Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router,Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.Benefits & Facilities :Fixed Salary + High Incentives.Fixed Salary on 1st of Every Month.Daily Sales Incentives.Attendance Incentive.Monthly Sales Incentives.Age - upto 30 years.Minimum 6 months EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE from Outbound Tech Support Process are preferable.Working Days:6 daysNo Extension of Shift TimingMedical benefitsSalary: 1,25,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
