We are hiring for Java Architect for Hyderabad based locationExperience : 10 to 20 YearsNotice : Imm Job Description :The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex technology solutions that align with business goals and requirements. This role involves understanding Tag’s business requirements and translating them into technological solutions which are scalable, reliable and secure. A key part of the role is to ensure that Tag design patterns are used, and that the solutions are implemented as designed. Note that Tag has no Business Analysts. In addition, low level designs / technical specifications may sometimes be required. The role therefore has a wider scope both upstream and downstream than might be expected in larger organisations. Primary Skills: Microservices, Web applications, Webservices Cloud based Technologies (AWS : Lambda, SAM CLI, Eventbridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch, Cloud watch, cloud front, Cognito) Derive design patterns Dervie HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications. DB : SQL, MySQL, NoSQL (Elastic Search, MongoDB, Couchbase) Develop mitigation strategies Security Breaches & Vulnerabilities Application migration & Integration Secondary Skills: Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with Product Owners to understand their goals, processes, and requirements. Analyse and document business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive solution designs. Solution Design: Create detailed technical designs and architecture documents based on established Tag design patterns and business requirements. Design end-to-end solutions that integrate with existing systems and technologies. Ensure that the proposed solutions align with Tag and industry best practices and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Architects, Developers, Testers and Project Managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the proposed solutions. Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks. Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews and inspections to ensure adherence to the design and compliance with Tag architectural standards and best practices. Scalability and Performance: Design solutions that are scalable and can handle expected increases in load and demand. Advise on optimizing system performance and ensuring responsiveness. Security: Incorporate security best practices into the solution design. Collaborate with the security team to address potential vulnerabilities and ensure data protection. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, high and low level design documents, and technical specifications. Ensure that all documentation is lodged in Tag’s Architecture Repository. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
