Role: SQL/ MySQL DBALocation: Hyderabad/ Chennai/ BangaloreExperience: 6-10 years Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have SQL Database Administration, High Availability, Performance tuning, ITIL, Always ONGood-to-Have SSIS, SSRSSN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role1 Detailed knowledge of SQL Server Database management processes and architecture2 Ability to communicate and articulate technology discussions in relation to Databases at both technical and business levels3 4-6 years’ experience as a Production SQL Server DBA4 Deep understanding of SQL Server performance analysis and tuning / capacity planning / query optimization5 Experience in handling Full, Differential and Transaction log backups6 Experience in Database Recovery process7 Hands on experience in managing and troubleshooting different high Availability techniques like Always on, Database Mirroring, SQL Clustering8 Experience in managing, implementing and delivery of Database link servers9 Experience in managing, implementing and delivery of technology enabled projects10 Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities11 Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end12 Experience in working on all the ITIL Processes13 Experience in Deployment of SQL server agent jobs
