Job DescriptionAs a seasoned Email Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the stability of a high-scale outbound email engine sending 100,000+ emails daily across various domains.The goal is to maintain a healthy and performant email ecosystem that ensures high inbox placement, stable sender reputation, zero domain burnout, and predictable performance.This role requires a deep understanding of email infrastructure, deliverability engineering, and technical marketing operations.Key Responsibilities:Configure, debug, and maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, Reverse DNS, domain pools/subdomains, and authentication alignment across platforms.Plan and execute warm-ups, define safe throttling rules, orchestrate daily send volumes, and maintain healthy sending patterns for 100k+/day.Implement monitoring systems, analyze bounces, complaints, and reputation signals, and develop diagnostic skills using basic SQL or Python.Enforce validation, maintain suppression lists, and ensure bounce rates remain consistently below 2%.Develop template scoring systems and understand how language, tone, structure, links, CTAs, and HTML formats influence spam filters.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in email infrastructure, deliverability engineering, or technical marketing operations.Strong analytical and diagnostic mindset.Ability to work independently and protect the entire domain ecosystem.Pragmatic, low-ego, and execution-focused.Success Outcomes:Full audit of domains, DNS, templates, and sending pools within 30 days.Daily monitoring system in place, all lists validated, and suppression rules active within 30 days.Warm-ups stabilized, Gmail inbox rate ≥ 90%, and template scoring system implemented within 60 days.Full infrastructure documented and automated, and owner of the entire outbound layer with no escalations within 90 days.
