Job Title:Power Platform Solutions ArchitectDescription:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Power Platform Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement complex Power Apps solutions to create custom business applications.Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.Utilize Dataverse to design and manage data models and ensure data integrity.Create and manage custom connectors to integrate with third-party systems.Build and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data and provide actionable insights.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).Strong expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI concepts.Proficiency in data modeling and database design.Understanding of API integration and custom connector development.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Responsibilities:Design and develop sophisticated chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows to create engaging and effective conversational experiences.Integrate Copilot Studio with other Power Platform components and external systems.Develop and maintain custom topics, entities, and actions within Copilot Studio.Analyze and optimize chatbot performance through analytics and user feedback.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.Participate in code reviews, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
