The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing brand websites while creating and publishing high-quality social media content.Key Responsibilities:Web Design & Development:Design and ship responsive websites with strong usability, accessibility, SEO, and cross-device performance.Maintain and improve site templates, design systems, and reusable UI components.Social Media Content Creation & Management:Required Skills & Qualifications:Platform Expertise:Must know: WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify (themes, page builders, SEO plugins, basic e-commerce setups).Ability to manage WordPress (Elementor/WooCommerce), Webflow CMS, and Shopify storefronts.Front-End Execution:Implement layouts, animations, and interactions using HTML, CSS, React, and basic JavaScript.Conduct QA, debugging, and optimize for Core Web Vitals & page speed.Content & Creative Production:Produce on-brand graphics, reels/short videos, and motion graphics using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.Use AI design & image/video tools for faster ideation and production.Social Media Publishing:Plan content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, and publish on Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube/Shorts.Create link-in-bio pages, UTM links, and track performance.Analytics & Reporting:Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Suite, platform analytics to provide insights and recommendations.Cross-Functional Support:Support PR/media teams with campaign assets, documentation, research, vendor follow-ups, and no-code automation when required.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills, and take ownership of your work.Others:The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and live website work.A bachelor's degree in Web/Graphic Design or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
