Job OverviewThe primary objective of this role is to support the VP – Operational Risk, Head of TPRM in developing and implementing a comprehensive Third-Party Risk Management Framework across the organization.This involves leading the design and deployment of an enterprise-wide TPRM framework, including outsourcing governance structure.Managing the ongoing TPRM program with an integrated approach for assessing and mitigating the risk of new and existing third-party suppliers.Evaluating risks associated with Third Party relationships before and after entering into contracts to ensure they are adequately identified, assessed, monitored, and controlled.Maintaining and enhancing the governance model to provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of the risks posed by third-parties.Monitoring and updating the third-party risk assessment framework to respond to new and existing regulatory guidelines and initiatives.Leading third-party risk segmentation, deploying, and maintaining up-to-date annual attestations by contract owners.Developing reports for use by business areas and senior management regarding third-party risks.Identifying and escalating key items of concern regarding new and existing current third–parties, including the potential of concentration risk and fourth-party risk exposures.Collaborating with sourcing partners, Operational Risk Team, Information Security and Technology Risk Team, Compliance, Legal, business areas, and other assurance functions in the second and third line of defense to identify third-party risks and escalate those risks appropriately.Supporting the Head of TPRM in addressing Central Bank, Internal Audit, and Compliance observations.Maintaining ongoing monitoring of the Bank's Operational Risk profile at a Business Unit level.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and creating an environment for continuous improvements.Providing user support and ensuring ongoing management of the Group operational risk program design on prism, the Bank's Operational Risk Management Information System.
