Intellofy Technologies LLP is a growing digital marketing company that values innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence. We are looking for an Accountant to manage the financial processes for an Australia-based client, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Accountant/Bookkeeper at Intellofy Technologies. Role Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing bookkeeping processes through to the finalisation of accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of an Australia-based client. This role is based in the Greater Delhi Area with flexibility for some remote work.


Key Responsibilities: 

1.     Bookkeeping and Financial Management:

a. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

b. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.


2.     Financial Reporting and Compliance:

a. Prepare and finalise financial statements, ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards.

b. Support tax compliance activities, including BAS (including IAS), GST, SUPER and State Payroll tax submissions.

 

3.     Budgeting and Analysis:

a. Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. 

b. Provide insights to support business decisions and financial planning.


4.     Stakeholder Collaboration: 

a. Report directly to the CEO, providing updates on financial performance and recommendations.

b. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and clients, external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as required. 


Requirements: 

·      Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. 

·      CPA/CA qualification (or working towards it) is desirable. 

·      Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping and finalising accounts, preferably with Australian clients. 

·      Proficiency in software (e.g., Xero, Slack, HubSpot, Skype etc). 

·      Strong understanding of Australian taxation and accounting standards.

·      Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
