We create new technology, products, and services while sustaining our diverse businesses.This role involves driving large-scale user engagement predictive models using Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing techniques.Key Responsibilities:Develop predictive models to analyze user behavior patterns on OTT platforms.Build causal inference-based intervention models to retain users.Contribute to developing and evaluating models leveraging pre-trained Large Language Models.Collaborate closely with research scientists, engineers, and product teams to foster a collaborative environment.Enhance millions of OTT platform users' experience using AI capabilities.Share insights and participate in external academic workshops and conferences.Requirements:Ph.D./Master degree in Computer Science/AI/ML.Strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning.Understanding of handling large scale datasets with SQL.Knowledge of current machine learning literature.Prior experience in developing large scale prediction and reasoning models.Proficiency in Python and popular deep learning frameworks.Ability to envision new ideas and prove them through theory and/or experiments.Desirable: knowledge of working on cloud platforms like AWS.
