Job Title: Federal Contract SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced federal contract specialist to provide support for our U.S. federal government contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client contracting principles and excellent communication skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure compliance with client requirements. Additionally, they will assist in preparing compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Contract Review & ComplianceAssist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.Audit & Monitoring SupportAssist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.Knowledge/Skills:Good understanding of client contracting principles.Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic teamCompetitive salary and benefits packageOngoing training and development opportunities
