Position Overview: Business Development Intern
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our team. As an intern, you’ll work closely with Business Development Specialists to identify and prospect Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) contacts, helping drive our business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Research: Identify potential ICP contacts across various industries.
- Data Management: Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.
- Outreach: Assist with targeted outreach campaigns through email and social media.
- Collaboration: Work with Business Development Specialists on ongoing projects.
- Reporting: Track and report on prospecting activities and provide insights.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training to understand business development strategies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Future Scope:
This internship offers a potential transition to a full-time Business Development Specialist role based on performance, communication skills, and team fit. We are committed to supporting your growth and helping you build a career in business development.
