Senior Facilities Operations Manager

Job TitleOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.You will work closely with our facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to prioritize the facilities' needs and strive for continuous improvement in our processes. You will also ensure that our property has adequate stocks and materials to keep operations smooth.The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of property operations, occupational safety, and client-centric operations. They should also have experience in team management and be able to manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.ResponsibilitiesPrioritize the facilities' needs and oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities.Work closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.Ensure that our property has adequate stocks and materials to keep operations smooth.Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans.Maintain records of administrative reports, incident reports/records, and tracker management.Provide data and reports to clients as required.Check time-to-time logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.RequirementsA minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in facilities operations or a related field.A solid background in team management and experience in managing supply and service contracts.A strong knowledge of property operations, occupational safety, and client-centric operations.BenefitsA competitive salary package.A comprehensive benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.About UsWe are a leading provider of facilities management services.
