Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Specialist

Job OpportunityA seasoned professional is required to lead the implementation of Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS).The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations in FCCS.Strong functional knowledge of Financial Consolidation and close process is essential.This role will oversee project planning, solution design & validation, and guide the project team.Key responsibilities include leading business requirement gathering sessions, Solution Demonstration, User Training and Testing.Experience in creating project documents like BRD, SDD, Test Scripts and Manuals is necessary.Excellent technical capabilities in FCCS are required.Understanding of integration capabilities of HFM and FCCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management is beneficial.A relevant degree such as CA or MBA Finance is preferred.Outstanding verbal & written communication and presentation skills are crucial for success.Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc. is expected.Highly confident and assertive individual who can effectively communicate with internal/external stakeholders.Open to long/short-term travel based on project needs to GCC Countries.Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be advantageous.Familiarity with Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation, Hyperion/EPM Tax Reporting would be an added benefit.What We OfferA challenging and rewarding career opportunity.Professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.Collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.Competitive compensation and benefits package.About This RoleThis is a fantastic chance to join our organization and contribute your expertise to drive business success.
