Job DescriptionAs a seasoned DFT specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies across various complex SoCs. With a strong background in design-for-test principles and years of experience in managing large-scale test programs, you will drive the successful closure of PMBIST (Programmable BIST) planning, insertion, verification, and integration.Your expertise in running end-to-end DFT flows, debugging patterns, and driving coverage targets with minimal supervision will enable you to make significant contributions to the team's productivity and efficiency.
