Our in-house production team handles everything from photography and videography to post-production, ensuring top-tier results for every project.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute photoshoots aligned with client needs and campaign goals.

- Select, assemble, and operate appropriate photography equipment, props, and settings for a wide range of digital and print media, including product, lifestyle, and corporate shoots.

- Skillfully light subjects using both natural and artificial lighting techniques, ensuring optimal visual quality across different settings and environments.

- Retouch, resize and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other advanced photography software to meet the high standards of both the agency and clients.

- Conduct thorough research on products or campaign themes to creatively capture them in line with the brand’s vision.

- Stay updated on the latest photography trends, equipment, and editing tools to ensure continuous innovation in the production process.

- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure seamless integration of images in digital and print campaigns.


Requirements: 

- Proven experience in professional photography, preferably within an agency or production environment.

- Expertise in handling a variety of photography equipment and familiarity with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.

- Strong understanding of both artificial and natural lighting, and how to apply them to different subject matter, settings, and skin tones.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

- A strong creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to produce visually compelling images tailored to specific brand narratives.

- Ability to develop new, innovative concepts for photoshoots that align with client briefs and campaign objectives.

- Effective time management skills during photoshoots, ensuring high-quality production within tight deadlines.
