Job Title: SAP Selective Data Transfer ExpertAs a highly skilled SAP selective data transfer expert, you will be responsible for leading the migration of selected company codes, processes, and historical data from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.Key Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive SDT strategy that aligns with business and technical requirements.Conduct thorough analysis of ECC systems to identify migration scope, data objects, and dependencies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.System Landscape Transformation & Technical Execution:Execute selective data migration using SAP SLT, SAP DMO with System Move, SAP SLO tools, and SAP Migration Cockpit.Configure mapping rules and transformation logic to ensure high data quality and accuracy.Support system copies, mock migrations, and readiness assessments to ensure a smooth transition.Data Mapping, Validation & Cleansing:Conduct in-depth data profiling, mapping, and validation between ECC and S/4HANA systems.Collaborate with functional teams to ensure compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory standards.Meet rigorous quality standards to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Cutover Planning & Go-Live Support:Develop cutover plans that minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Implement Near-Zero Downtime (NZDT) techniques to reduce business disruption.Provide hypercare and post-migration support to ensure a successful go-live.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with BASIS, functional consultants, and business teams to drive project success.Document migration architecture and validation steps to ensure knowledge sharing and reuse.
