Create and manage compelling brand communication that aligns with client identities and business goals. Coordinate and publish engaging content—posts, stories, videos, and campaigns—across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance; optimize strategies for measurable growth. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and client leads for cohesive messaging and brand storytelling. Respond to community engagement, manage reputation, and drive audience interaction. Stay updated with industry trends and leverage new opportunities for client brands. Desired Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in managing social media for brands (agency experience preferred). Demonstrated expertise in brand communication and strategic content planning. Ability to translate brand values into engaging digital content. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and social analytics tools. Strong copywriting, organizational, and client communication skills. Ability to work on-site in Bangalore and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
