Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the digital voice of AtomX, leading our social presence to inspire, engage, and grow our community of event organizers, artists, brands, and tech enthusiasts. Your mission will be to craft a compelling narrative that showcases AtomX’s innovative solutions, celebrates successful events, and builds a vibrant, creative online community.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with AtomX’s brand vision, focusing on storytelling, community engagement, and education.
Create engaging and diverse content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) that highlights AtomX’s products, USPs, and collaborations, making complex tech solutions relatable and exciting.
Ensure the content reflects AtomX's fun, innovative, and creative personality while staying true to its professional roots.
Community Building & Engagement
Foster relationships with event organizers, artists, and industry professionals through engaging conversations and interactive content.
Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and discussions across platforms to build a loyal and active community.
Drive initiatives that connect with AtomX’s community vision, such as artist spotlights, success stories, and tech-for-events tips.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute campaigns around events, product launches, and collaborations to maximize AtomX’s visibility and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align messaging and amplify AtomX’s voice during key events.
Analytics & Growth
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Identify trends, tools, and opportunities to innovate and grow AtomX’s social presence.
Brand Collaboration & Partnerships
Work with brands and collaborators to amplify cross-promotional efforts, ensuring AtomX is positioned as a leader in the event tech industry.
Support the creation of pitches and content that align with brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of social media management, preferably in events or a creative industry (B2B).
Storytelling Expertise: A passion for crafting compelling narratives that connect with audiences.
Creative Vision: Proven ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns and content.
Tech-Savviness: Understanding of event technology or a willingness to learn about AtomX’s products and USPs.
Community Builder: Ability to foster a sense of belonging and engagement within online communities.
Analytical Mindset: Skilled in analyzing performance data to drive insights and improvements.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone and style.
Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally.
