Implementation Specialist for Contract Lifecycle ManagementWe are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in implementing and managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CLM configurations, workflow design, and system integration. They will be able to troubleshoot complex issues, work closely with stakeholders, and translate technical concepts into actionable solutions.Project management of CLM implementations, including configuration, workflow design, build, and implementation.System and workflow troubleshooting for high-complexity issues across workflows, integrations, and contract data.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze complex problems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Implementing CLM platforms such as Sirion and iCertis, with experience in project management, systems and workflow design, template harmonizations, configuration, testing, data migration, and user training.Supporting continuous enhancement of CLM capabilities.Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:Acting as a trusted point of contact for Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and technical teams on CLM implementation matters.Translating business requirements into functional specifications and advising on best-practice contracting processes.Influencing decision-making, managing expectations, and driving alignment across global teams.Process Improvement & CLM Governance:Assessing current processes and designing improvements that enhance automation, efficiency, and compliance.Prioritizing and managing enhancements, workflow redesign, and template updates.Leading UAT cycles and ensuring new features and changes meet business needs.Documentation & Knowledge Enablement:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including workflow guides, user instructions, and configuration logic.Developing and delivering training and adoption materials to support new features and processes.Metadata Extraction, AI Configuration & Data Quality:Configuring metadata and obligation types, ensuring accurate classification and extraction.Working with AI/NLP tools to refine prompts, improve extraction accuracy, and validate results.Performing iterative testing and ensuring data integrity across contract repositories.Project Management:Supporting and executing project management activities related to CLM implementations.Managing project plans, tracking activities, and preparing project status updates and reports.Required Skills & Experience:Extensive hands-on experience with CLM implementations, including configuration and workflow design.Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior teams.Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and workflow issues.Experience with CLM data structures, metadata, obligations, and template governance.Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.Experience working in global or distributed teams.
