Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and execute daily kids’ activities, workshops, and themed events that are age-appropriate, safe, and aligned with luxury hospitality standards. Personalize experiences for children based on age, interests, and cultural background — ensuring engagement for toddlers to teens. Ensure constant supervision, safety, and emotional well-being of children under care. Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards within the Kids Club / Play Zone according to brand SOPs. Collaborate with F&B, SPA, and Guest Experience teams to curate special themed events (e.g., Little Chef sessions, Nature Trails, Junior Butler Etiquette, Festive Celebrations). Maintain clear communication with parents on schedules, preferences, allergies, or special needs. Ensure all activities reflect local culture, sustainability, and educational enrichment. Prepare daily activity reports, attendance logs, and feedback summaries. Engage with VIP families and deliver bespoke luxury experiences for children. Assist with marketing efforts — participate in photo moments, program highlights, and internal content creation. Adhere strictly to child safety policies, emergency procedures, and brand standards at all times.
