Hiring: Contract & Commercial Management ExpertKey ResponsibilitiesWorking to support sales team in achieving their objectives; driving New Sales Growth, ensuring seamlesscontract renewals and supporting Price renewal discussionsDrafting and executing contract through negotiation with sales, legal and delivery team in Salesforce systemReview newly signed customers contracts and process sales order in salesforce systemTracking and executing renewals and price revisions via working with sales, legal, deliveryCoordinating with delivery/project team on billing and support invoicing team for accurate, timely billing etc.Ensure no leakage in billing/revenueFacilitating statutory and internal audits regarding contracts, sales order, billing etc.Assist in revenue budget, forecast & variance analysisJob RequirementsKnowledge of accountingProcess oriented mindset and detail orientationAbility to adhere to internal controls, guidelineKnowledge of ERP accounting software, Salesforce System & Good in MS OfficeAbility to coordinate and interact effectively with Senior management in sales,Flexible to work in different time zonePro-activeness and adhering to timelinesAbility to understand contractual termsExperience : 5 to 8 yearsQualifications : MBA (Finance)/CMA/CA (Inter)
