Improve scientific research and education by leading the design and delivery of high-impact learning programs across our global organization.About this RoleWe are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our training efforts, develop targeted solutions to strengthen employee performance and productivity, and drive business growth through strategic learning initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Development: Design and deliver end-to-end training programs from design to delivery, achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity. Identify business needs and develop targeted learning solutions to address skill gaps and performance barriers.Content Creation: Create engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. Analyze course effectiveness and continuously improve key KPIs including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion rates, and performance improvements.Learner Support: Build and implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application. Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.Strategic Alignment: Partner with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.
