HR Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a Business/ Data Quality Analyst with a strong HR technology background to ensure data integrity and compliance across various HR systems. This role focuses on discovering business rules, defining data standards, and supporting HR initiatives through the entire project lifecycle - from discovery to go-live.About the JobDiscover and document business rules and data standards for HR processes.Analyze data connections and dependencies to ensure accuracy and consistency.Build and maintain a cycle for validating and enforcing data quality rules.ResponsibilitiesData Quality & Governance:Develop scalable solutions to address data issues.Create frameworks for measuring data quality and system performance.Stakeholder Engagement:Conduct discovery sessions and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.Manage requirements through UAT and go-live phases.HRIS Expertise:Work extensively with Workday HRIS systems to manage data flows and integrations.Apply HR terminology and best practices to system configurations and reporting.Measurement & Scaling:Support scaling of HR technology solutions across the organization.Requirements5+ years of experience in business analysis or data quality management, preferably within HR technology environments.3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HRIS systems, including data integrations and reporting.Strong proficiency in data quality frameworks, rule discovery, and validation processes.Solid understanding of HR data structures, terminology, and compliance requirements.BenefitsDuration: 12 Months ContractLocation: Remote – preferably in Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore, IndiaDiversity & Inclusion StatementWe value diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
