Job Overview:The Program Manager oversees temporary/contingent workforce programs for clients, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and client executives. Key responsibilities include managing requisition intake, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, documenting requirements, communicating with staffing suppliers, facilitating onboarding and offboarding of contractors, maintaining vendor management systems, identifying new opportunities, and providing professional workforce management.Key Responsibilities:Manage requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting, interviewingDocument requirement intake conversations in databasesDiscuss expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles, and responsibilities with hiring managersCommunicate with staffing suppliers to relay feedback, projections, and critical communicationsFacilitate onboarding and offboarding of contractorsMaintain a vendor management system with attention to detailIdentify new opportunities to expand client relationshipsProvide professional management of the contingent workforce, including interviewing, screening, selection/deselection, orientation, supervision, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actionsCoach, manage, and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliersDocument client/supplier reported issues and track resolutionConduct supplier scorecard reviews, performance discussions, metric adherence, and strategic conversationsAccurately complete reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisWhat We're Looking For:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and project management abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in database management and record-keepingExperience working with vendors and suppliersKnowledge of workforce management principles and practicesWhy Work With Us:Our organization values professionalism, integrity, and innovation.
