About this role:

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the field of product management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and innovative product development. The APM - II will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our products and contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Responsibilities:

1.Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Represent the customer and actively strive to understand and build products and features with their needs in mind
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area

2.User Experience Enhancement:

  • Understand the needs of our customers and business to craft the best product user experiences through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
  • Drive initiatives to improve and enhance the overall user experience of the product

3.Metric-Driven Decision Making:

  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually optimize product performance

4.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead and drive the cross-functional team, including engineering and design, to deliver on the product outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with different stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals


Key Skills Required:

1.Relevant Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant product management experience

2.Empathy:

  • Demonstrate empathy towards the needs, concerns, and experiences of end-users of the product

3.Problem Solving:

  • Possess strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions

4. Analytical mindset:

  • Strong Data interpretation skills, Engage in more in-depth data analysis, utilizing tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends in user behaviour, market data, and product metrics.

5.Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for articulating customer challenges
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
