Job TitleWe are seeking a Tax Professional to manage end-to-end tax matters, representing clients before tax authorities, and supporting senior leadership in complex tax issues.About the RoleTax Advisory & ComplianceManage corporate and individual tax computations and returns.Provide technical support on domestic tax laws and their application.Prepare submissions, replies, and documentation for various tax matters.Tax Assessments & LitigationHandle assessments before the Income Tax Department.Assist in drafting appeal documents for CIT(A), ITAT, and higher authorities.Coordinate with legal counsel and internal teams to prepare for hearings.Represent clients during hearings, assessments, and inquiries.Search & Seizure (S&S) MattersSupport in planning, documentation, and analysis related to search & seizure cases.Review seized materials, prepare analysis reports, and support in post-search proceedings.Liaise with authorities during enquiries and follow-up actions.Client ManagementMaintain regular communication with clients on deliverables.Manage expectations, timelines, and compliance obligations.Provide insights on tax planning and risk mitigation.Team Support & ReviewReview work done by junior team members.Guide team on technical areas and ensure quality control.Assist in training and development of the tax team.
