Job Title: Head of EngineeringAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Engineering to lead our technology organization and drive our engineering excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong technical foundation, proven experience in managing high-performing teams, and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and innovative technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:- Define and execute the company's engineering vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.- Oversee all engineering functions including software development, DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and data engineering.- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape technology roadmaps and ensure technology supports business growth and innovation.Team Management:- Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, managers, and technical leads.- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Implement best practices in team organization, communication, and performance evaluation.Technical Excellence:- Ensure high-quality software delivery through modern engineering practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.- Oversee architectural decisions, scalability, and system performance.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.Process & Operations:- Establish engineering policies, standards, and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects.- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for technology functions.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership roles.- Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams (50+ members preferred).- Strong knowledge of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and agile methodologies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.What We Offer:- Competitive compensation and benefits.- Opportunity to shape the technology direction of a growing organization.- Collaborative and innovation-driven culture.- Professional growth and leadership development opportunitiesSalary: 27LPA
