Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in GCP, DevSecOps, and a keen interest in LLM Ops to join our growing team. This role is essential to building secure, scalable infrastructure, supporting our AI solutions across the recruiting stack.

As a DevOps Engineer at Recrew.ai, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for both R&D, Development and Production environments. This includes deployment automation, security management, monitoring, LLM Ops, and VPN configurations. Your expertise will drive reliable, secure, and highly available backend and frontend services, supporting our mission to revolutionise recruiting with AI.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage deployment of backend & frontend applications on GCP
Set up and maintain managed databases with secure configurations, automated backups, etc
Implement robust monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions for tracking performance, alerting, and troubleshooting.
Implement DevSecOps best practices within CI/CD pipelines, Conduct vulnerability assessments, and security audits and enforce compliance standards, ensuring security across deployed services.
Monitoring, Automation, and Infrastructure Management
Exposure to LLM Ops - Work closely with AI engineering teams to support infrastructure needs for large language models (LLMs).
Gain experience in model deployment, scaling, and monitoring, helping optimise LLM operational requirements.

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on GCP and LLMOps.
Strong proficiency with GCP services, including GKE, Cloud Storage, and managed databases.
Hands-on experience with deployment of Django & React Apps, GitLab CI/CD, Nginx, etc
Deep understanding of DevSecOps best practices, with experience securing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency with Postgres and MongoDB database management and configuration.
Experience with VPN configuration for secure, restricted access to production infrastructure.
Experience in LLM Ops, with exposure to AI/ML model deployment and operationalisation.
