Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various roles within the company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, proactive sourcing, and strong communication skills to ensure we continue to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years into Non-technical and technical hiring experience.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, MS teams,).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
- Strong networking and sourcing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
