Oracle HCM Consultant Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.Ensure integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.Design scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.Lead full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live.Required Skills and Qualifications:Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.Proven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrations.Familiarity with security roles, approval workflows, and compliance.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Others:Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and OCI are a plus.Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations is a bonus.
