Ensure all store requisitions are signed and approved by concerned Department Lead/ SPOC depending upon the site's operations procedureDocuments preparation for Materials Movements (Rejection Items, Inter unit transfers, repair and servicing items (Gate pass, DC, RDC & E-Way /Declaration)Ensure issue of material only against approved MRN.Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches. Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and proceduresDaily updating in ERP/Spread sheet of store records like GRN, MRN, return from the Lab and Assembly floorEar marking and arranging of stocks in StoresMonthly closure of inventory activities.
