You will require in-depth knowledge of SyncIQ, Snapshots & SnapshotIQ to perform failovers, failbacks, resiliency, and disaster recovery testing.Key Responsibilities:Administer and optimize PowerScale clusters to ensure optimal performance.Develop in-depth knowledge of SyncIQ and Snapshots to perform complex operations.Conduct failovers, failbacks, resiliency, and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.Lead cluster lifecycle tasks, including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.Configure and validate network connectivity to ensure seamless communication between systems.Handle Active Directory integrations to provide secure authentication and authorization.Optimize PowerScale for HDFS workloads to improve storage efficiency.Follow ITIL processes to ensure adherence to industry standards.Preferred Experience:Supporting large-scale clusters with multiple protocols.Experience with vulnerability management to identify and mitigate security risks.Client-facing roles in enterprise environments to provide exceptional customer service.
