The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strategic vision, and proven leadership skills to drive best practices, innovation, and operational excellence.Lead and manage the IAM practice in India regionDevelop and implement IAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectivesProvide hands-on leadership and mentorship in the design, implementation, and support of IAM solutionsArchitect and deploy solutions using multiple IAM toolsCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and risk managementDrive continuous improvement initiatives in IAM processes, automation, and toolingManage resource planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation within the IAM practiceKey Qualifications:15+ years of experience in Identity and Access ManagementProven experience with major IAM tools and platformsDemonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex IAM projectsDeep understanding of access governance, privileged access management, authentication, SSO, MIM, and identity lifecycle managementSuccessful candidates must have a solid foundation in IAM principles and technologies, as well as exceptional leadership and collaboration skills. They should be able to drive results-oriented initiatives that deliver value to the organization.
