**Job Title:** AI and Psychometrics SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Research and Development team.The successful candidate will have expertise in psychometrics, artificial intelligence, and project management.The role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions using generative AI tools, collaborating with data science teams to evaluate and fine-tune AI models, and developing high-quality test items.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimize psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.Develop high-quality test items, leveraging AI tools for item generation and quality assurance.Coordinate and manage subject matter experts to ensure test content validity, reliability, and relevance of technical/functional tests.Requirements:MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.Excellent English communication skills.Strong project management and organisational skills.What We Offer:A competitive salary package.Remote work opportunities.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
